Ways We Help

JumpTime provides jump ropes, resistance bands, and instructions on how to perform simple workouts. For example, cardiovascular training with jump ropes increases blood circulation by pumping blood faster. Consequently, the body can function more efficiently because more oxygen can reach the muscles. The purpose of a resistance band is similar to dumbbells, but they are less prone to injuries than dumbbells. During movements, resistance bands provide constant tension that induces muscles to grow.

Why JumpTime?

Why Jumptime? Author Jean Houston references jump time as a “moment in history where we can harvest the genius of the human race in new ways of being, knowing, relating, governing, and believing.” We live at a time of advanced technology, human capabilities, and rapid change. Instead of stressing or panicking, we must address the complexities and become creative. We need to imagine, dream and believe! Change is difficult and uncomfortable, but we believe in our inner capacities. Imagination and creativity can take us to a new realm far better than where we are today. Through Jumptimee, I want to share my passion for fitness and empower you to become stronger physically and spiritually. Together, we can “jump” and embrace new challenges and opportunities.

Volunteering

Please consider donating to help us supply the required equipment. Your support will enable us to provide resources to homeless shelters and other facilities without access to gym equipment or a gym itself.

Volunteer opportunities are likely to become available soon. Meeting new people, supporting communities, and having fun are all great reasons to volunteer!
